That is pretty bad, as said lucky to be OK! I would defiantly fight that charge if you are sure you were in the right will at least get money to do up the next car from the cruiser owner if they find him at fault, same deal with cars up mt glorious here in QLD so many people cut corners up there.
That road looks like a very nice long drive, winding roads next 65kms! Sounds good!

The roads down there are great for quite Sunday drives in our prides and joys, but the hazards on the road are almost deadly as I found out the hard way....
Thought I might say, that looking at the car now, it looks like the strut brace played a big part in saving the strut tower hitting the firewall/cabin..... Great value for the $50 I paid for it![]()

Yeah I have seen a ke with stitch welded engine bay in a decent crash and made a bit of difference.

Nothing left of the strut tower spot welds...... Only held there by the strut brace...

Really not sure man, I havent even looked at the car............ As a Guess, not much could be unbolted, the front will have to be cut up to get to stuff.......
