1: yes. Cheapest way is to get an inline pump and mount it underneath somewhere.
2: if the shell is a manual shell and has pedal box and clutch master and line, and the t50 u are using has the adm bell housing, then it will bolt up no worries. (Adm bell housing has slave on passenger side, JDM is drivers side)
only thing different about the 5k swap is this needs the engine harness wired up and has hydraulic clutch slave.
