Same here, its iust to cover insurance if something should happen.
Insurance ain't free...........

ill also note, anyone caught trying to avoid this minimal passenger fee which is more then fair, will be kicked out, and the cars driver aswell!
yea its $20.... some roller coaster rides cost more than that and don't give you half the rush.
