Cams timed correctly?, can you listen or check with a multimeter if the injectors are pulsing?

Hey guys. Recently blew a turbo and decided to do a port and polish my head and add 264 degree tomei cams. We slapped the car together and now it wont start.
We are getting fuel pressure and spark but when we take the plugs out they dont smell like there is any fuel getting in there. The afr gauge is reading extremely lean when trying to kick it over
Im running a microtech lt10s and x4 system.
Im guessing its something to do with the injector cycle or the timing. The timing is exactly the way it was when we took the head off for work.
Any ideas??

injectors firing?
I presume theyre firing but its very very little fuel. I can smell a bit of fuel out the exhaust. So I think it might be more a timing issue.
are the cams at identicle rotation???????????? eg O>__O> or O>__<O
Yeah there in 0's
Would adjustable cam gears change anybodys advice? Forgot to mention them before

Yeah mate chucked a test light on the injector connections and there pulsing, I got fuel pressure, injector pulse and spark when I crank it over compression sounds low so I dont know if the cams are over lapping to much or what the problem is, all I did was cams valve springs and a port and polish I just assumed if everything was set at 0 then it would start?
