The best thing that I can suggest if you want best value is to run an After market ECU and get rid of the pooh loom.

If you use the one you have now.. the plugs for the SC will just need to be disconnected. All that is is a -ve switched circuit from the ecu that turns on and off the magnet in the SC clutch at certain RPM points. this wont effect anything. as for the vacum parts. just take them all off and block up any wholes.
